Back in 2017, McGregor entered the boxing arena for the first time and faced Floyd Mayweather. With two great athletes from boxing and MMA clashing, spectators were intrigued to see the outcome of the match. Even their World Tour and pre-fight press conference were absolute gold.

Both the athletes took digs at each other and the Irish fighter had some of the most hilarious lines. When it was Mayweather’s turn to speak on the World Tour, he had several things to talk about. But at a certain point, he said, “Yeah, I feel good. I’m 40 but I look 20.”

Just then McGregor chimed in and said, “And you act ten.” McGregor’s comment made the crowd erupt in laughter. Further, many found it amusing when Mayweather said “Yeah” after McGregor’s jab.

Mayweather then proceeded to point out that ‘The Notorious’ has previously tapped out in fights. While the boxer held his ground, McGregor seemed to have the upper hand in their verbal battle. UFC President Dana White was present too, and his reactions caught a lot of attention as well.

Mayweather went on to win the boxing match and also kept his undefeated record intact. McGregor may have lost the fight, but he earned respect for his ability to last almost the entire fight against such a skilled boxer.
