Khabib Nurmagomedov is famous for his achievements in the MMA world. The 33-year-old Dagestani has achieved such impressive feats that are nearly impossible to redo. ‘The Eagle’ before retiring added 29 back-to-back wins to his name.
Nurmagomedov took the lightweight belt from Al Iaquinta after defeating him at UFC 223. He went on to hold the title from 2018 to his last fight against Justin Gaethje in 2020. ‘The Eagle’ credits all his achievements to his father’s hard work and training.
Khabib’s father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, trained his son and many other of his pupils like Islam Makhachev from the very beginning. Unfortunately, he recently passed away.
