Is Adin Ross making a grave mistake by provoking Shaquille O’Neal? If you’re out of the loop on this wild beef—oh boy, you’ve been missing out. The YouTuber has been trading shots with the NBA legend for a while now, but things may have hit a breaking point at UFC 314. The last time they crossed paths, Ross intentionally slapped Shaq’s hand, sending a pile of Skittles flying to the floor. Since then, the tension hasn’t cooled—it’s only heating up, and as UFC 314 gives banger after banger, the sidelines might be on the verge of heating up as well.

Shaquille O’Neal was among the many celebrities spotted ringside at UFC 314, held at the Kayesa entre in Miami. The night witnessed victories for Dominick Reyes and Yair Rodriguez; however, what’s making noise in the MMA community is the banter between the NBA legend and Dana White’s close aide, Adin Ross.

In a video uploaded during his stream, Ross can be seen at a distance as Neal mutters something toward him. In response, the YouTuber silently gestures for a fight, “Stand up and do something! Do something, man! Do something about it! Fight me! You gonna go to sleep, old man. You unk status now.”

Do you think that was worse? Well, Shaq was visibly frustrated by Adin Ross. In a clip that he reshared on his Instagram story, he’s seen shooting Ross a menacing glare as he walks away. Ross had originally posted the footage with the caption, “Shaq do it I can’t wait to sue.” Well, their back-and-forth started when the YouTuber playfully smacked O’Neal, causing the NBA legend to spill his M&Ms mid-snack at BKFC 70.

Even if it was a playful jab, it didn’t sit well with the former NBA legend, as he was in no mood for jokes. Cameras captured the tensions between these hotshots as Shaq chose not to escalate the situation. Interestingly, the Adin Ross event challenged the NBA legend to a bare-knuckle fight.

Adin Ross challenged Shaquille O’Neal to a fight

Shaquille O’Neal was among the star-studded attendance at the dazzling atmosphere at the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship 70, held at the iconic Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The card witnessed Luis ‘Baboon’ Palomino etching his name in BKFC history, capturing the inaugural King of the Streets Championship. The fighters were interesting; however, what ensued at the ringside caught everyone’s attention.

Adin Ross’s attempt to tease Shaquille O’Neal took everyone by surprise, leaving them shocked. Interestingly, after the Skittles incident, a reporter went to Ross to ask him how he feels about teasing someone who is double the size of him, to which the YouTuber stated, “We are going to Bare Knuckle.” When the reporter inquired about Bryce Hall, Ross emphasized that he had Neal to take care of.

It may have just been playful banter, and Ross might never actually fight Shaquille O’Neal, but the UFC 314 fiasco tells a different story. So, what are your thoughts on the controversy? Share your opinion in the comments below
