After Episode 8 of TUF 31, Michael Chandler took to Twitter on a tirade, expressing his frustration. Among the numerous tweets, he shared an audio note where the episode could be heard playing in the background. In the audio, Conor McGregor’s voice could be heard referring to Team Chandler as “Team here today, gone tomorrow.”

Responding to McGregor’s comment, Chandler fired back, saying, “‘Team here today, gone tomorrow’. Dude, get out of here, dude. Team here today, gone tomorrow just went 7-1 against your dudes. You suck as a coach.”
Meanwhile, UFC president Dana White engaged in discussions with the semifinalists from both teams about the next round matchups. However, during the show, only one bout was officially announced. Roosevelt Roberts and Austin Hubbard from Team Chandler were slated to battle it out in the upcoming episode, while the remaining matchups would be disclosed at a later time.
