Sharing his sentiments heading into the fight and notably right ahead of his promotion’s boxing card that goes down tomorrow, Masvidal made a heartfelt post showing his appreciation to God or as he put it, to “the man above”. Fans came out rooting for the 38-year-old, and in doing this, they also showed the massive support that the MMA veteran has amassed over the years.

To top it all off, Gamebred also runs a successful boxing promotion, with the biggest card under it going down on April 1st as the likes of Jose Aldo, and Vitor Belfort all come together for a boxing event.

Showing his gratitude for all of these, Masvidal, in his latest Instagram post, wrote, “Turned my passion into a career and I thank the man above every day for this.”
