“Your Next Fight Is Nate”- Khabib Nurmagomedov’s Manager Tells Conor McGregor to Do as ‘Told’

Conor McGregor is ready to return. After suffering a broken leg at UFC 264, the fighter had to take time away from the octagon. However, he is ready to return and is aiming for the title fight. He is the first UFC fighter who successfully held two titles simultaneously. While he hit a bit of a rough patch with his last few fights, he was confident about becoming the champion again.
In a new tweet, ‘The Notorious’ wrote, “Really pumped for my next fight title fight!”

However, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager Ali Abdelaziz retweeted it and wrote, “Your next fight is Nate and you gonna do what do you going to be told.”
It is well-known that Khabib and McGregor have had an intense rivalry. And so, Abdelaziz and McGregor too, have had some spats.
Former UFC fighter, Jake Shields, joined the conversation and commented, “Conor will do what he’s told but Nate might not”.

The Irish fighter and Nate Diaz have had quite the rivalry. They have fought twice already and many want to see a trilogy fight. This is especially because both the fighters have won one fight each. So a third bout could be a good way of deciding the better fighter. However, with the Dustin Poirier and Diaz fight being explored, McGregor and Diaz facing each other might not be possible.

Moreover, McGregor is more interested in the title fight. In a recent interview, the fighter revealed that his knee injury needs clearance and after that, he might be able to gauge time for his comeback.
Will Conor McGregor get the title fight?
UFC President Dana White hasn’t ruled out the possibility of McGregor getting a shot at the title. Incidentally, Justin Gaethje is already in line for it. Plus, there are several other fighters in the lightweight division who aspire to become the champion. Hence, many people have been bringing up the conversation about whether or not he deserves it.

So when the UFC officially announces a Conor McGregor fight, it would be intriguing to see if it is for the title. Many believe that he should fight a few times before getting the title fight.
