Dillon Danis seems to be in the news for all the wrong reasons as of late. He recently took to Twitter and shared screenshots of a conversation with UFC star Sean Strickland on Instagram. However, an MMA fan reacted to his Tweet and expressed his contempt toward Dillon Danis. Danis was set to fight YouTube superstar KSI in a boxing match on January 14th, 2023. However, he pulled out of the event just ten days before the fight was scheduled to happen. He has lately been considered the most disliked athlete after pulling out of the KSI fight. He didn’t take the time to give a solid statement as to why he had to pull out, even though he was deemed ‘underprepared’ for the fight by Misfits Boxing promoter, Mams Taylor. Since then, Danis has become the subject of trolls and memes on social media.

Now, Dillon Danis is in the news again for sharing screenshots of DMs involving a heated conversation with the UFC middleweight fighter, Sean Strickland. A user on Twitter took the opportunity to let him share his opinion on Conor McGregor’s sparring partner.

Users on Twitter have ripped into Dillon Danis for sharing screenshots of his DMs with Strickland.

The screenshots of the DMs saw the UFC fighter telling Danis that people refer to him as a joke. ‘El Jefe’ gave him a very vulgar reply while also calling him out for a ‘real’ fight. ‘Tarzan’ called him a ‘troll’ and accepted the offer.

Many felt Danis lost the argument.

Some fans also made fun of the fact that Danis called out the UFC star for a fight when he couldn’t even appear for his matches. They claim that Dillon Danis must blame himself for getting trolled on social media.

This isn’t the first time that Dillon Danis has beefed with Sean Strickland. He previously had an ominous DM exchange with ‘Tarzan’ in 2021, where the UFC middleweight star was seen threatening Danis and calling him a ‘prey.’ Strickland also went as far as to describe Dillon Danis as a lamb who was pretending to be a wolf. He has been waiting to get his hand on the 29-year-old MMA fighter for a long time.
