Jon Jones is easily one of the greatest, if not the greatest, fighters in the history of MMA. Jones is incomparable when it comes to dominance in the octagon and his skills are second to none. Jon’s resume is one of the most impressive in the sport, coming in at 26 wins and only one loss.

Even though Jones boasts such an amazing fight record, he doesn’t always get the credit he deserves. This is because, outside the octagon, Jones is one of the most controversial individuals. Jones has been caught failing on drug tests and has also had multiple run-ins with the law.

Earlier this year Jones was charged with one count of domestic battery, a misdemeanor, and one count of tampering with a police vehicle following another controversial incident that took place in Las Vegas. Jones received a lot of hate for this incident. After this, he was allegedly kicked out of his gym as well.

Recently, the former two-division UFC champion, Henry Cejudo, was seen training with Jon Jones. Jones is reportedly training for his comeback as a heavyweight fighter.

However, the news of ‘The Messenger’ training with Jones didn’t sit too well with his former rival, Daniel Cormier. Cormier took to his Instagram earlier this week and posted a story that read, “F*ck Henry Cejudo”, for training with Jon Jones.

Henry Cejudo didn’t take too long to clap back at his fellow Olympian, Daniel Cormier, for the comments he made on his Instagram story. Henry addressed the issue on his YouTube show.

He said, “As a legend — I am a legend — as a legend, you got to take care of the legends whether you guys had beef or not. It’s not just a mixed martial arts thing with Jones, man. We’re talking about life, man. Because I believe a happy Jon Jones is a successful Jon Jones and I think we all would. We got to take care of each other, we got to take care of our brothers.”

“That’s all it is, Daniel Cormier. But if you don’t like it, DC — you can do me a favor and you can bend the knee to King Triple C!”

Jones also saw the story his rival Daniel Cormier put up on his Instagram. However, Jones didn’t take it in a bad way. He posted a tweet that read, “Why are you such a hater, you don’t even fight no more!? Man, that bitterness is real I tell ya.”

This remark was aimed at Cormier, who Jones believed was ‘bitter’ after losing to him in their 2015 battle at UFC 182. Daniel Cormier’s rivalry with Jon Jones is known to be one of the biggest rivalries in the promotion’s history.
