UFC 306 has been a masterpiece so far, and it seems that the headliner event has delivered a shocker to the entire MMA world. Why, you ask? Well, that’s because Merab Dvalishvili just wrestled his way out of Sean O’Malley’s sniping striking. The Georgian fighter stunned the world as he delivered a banger performance against the former champ. Well, victory might be sweet for ‘Machine’ but there appears to be a new rivalry under the promotion and no, it doesn’t involve any of the fighters.

The judges scored the card as 49-46, 48-47, and 48-47 in favor of Merab Dvalishvili, who is now riding an 11-fight winning streak under the promotion. ‘The Machine’ employed his wrestling to oust the fighter but it appears that Herb Dean didn’t like the way he was fighting as he asked the fighter to get on the curve to fight with O’Malley on foot. This behavior by the referee caught Joe Rogan’s attention, as he was not convinced by it.
