After Tom Brady Roast’s Controversy, Joe Rogan Praises Tony Hinchcliffe as an “Unsung Best Guys” – “He Doesn’t Get the Credit”

Tony Hinchcliffe is currently on the trending list after an explosive performance on ‘The Roast of Tom Brady‘. People on social media cannot seem to cease talking about his jokes on the Netflix special. The comedian also landed in controversy because of his harsh jokes about Kim Kardashian, with some even calling him misogynistic. However, not everyone was offended as the legendary UFC commentator Joe Rogan hailed Hinchcliffe as the GOAT, while also reflecting on a lesser-known fact about the 39-year-old and the work he does behind the scenes of ‘Kill Tony’.

‘Kill Tony’ is currently one of the most renowned comedy podcasts that streams on YouTube, with Tony Hinchcliffe as the host. The show started in 2013 and since then has been home to countless famous comedians, and Joe Rogan credits the rise of those artists to the host of the show.

Joe Rogan and his recent JRE guest, Deric Poston, were in hysterics after witnessing the jokes of Tony Hinchcliffe at Tom Brady’s roast. He revealed that the 39-year-old does not care what people think of his jokes because they’re meant for pure entertainment. Besides branding Hinchcliffe as the ‘king of roasting’, Rogan stated on his show, “Tony is one of the unsung best guys for, like, promoting talent. You know, people don’t think about Tony when they think about that, which is kind of crazy because that’s what ‘Kill Tony’ is.”

The 56-year-old reflected on what Tony Hinchcliffe has done for so many young talents in the comedy world and how he never failed to promote them when he was well-equipped to do so. “He doesn’t get the credit that he deserves for, like, starting careers. There’s a lot of guys that they started their careers with Tony, and he’s like, really good at promoting people. He’s real generous about it, he’s always talking about it,” revealed Joe Rogan.

Meanwhile, his guest and also comedian, Deric Poston, also gave his inputs stating that Hinchcliffe would be promoting other artists with the same enthusiasm after the camera stops as he would when the camera’s rolling. “Poston – “On camera and off camera. He’ll do it. That’s what people don’t see. They think, ‘Oh, he’s doing it on ‘Kill Tony.’ He’s doing that off-camera.”
