Tom Brady saw his UFC share double-up in 5 years
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB is a huge UFC and also happens to share a great relationship with the UFC President, Dana White.
At the time of investment, the UFC President gave a statement that said, “Our new investors bring an incredible depth of knowledge and experience to help us continue to elevate this brand and capitalize on its entertainment and sports crossover appeal.”

Brady bought the UFC share, along with several other high-end entities at the time of WME/IMG’s acquisition of the brand. At the time, when Brady had invested, they valued the UFC at $4 billion. A few of the other celebrities were Serena Williams, Sylvester Stallone, Tyler Perry, Venus Williams, Jimmy Kimmel, Adam Levine, Conan O’Brien, Ben Affleck, Calvin Harris, etc.

The QB had put $250k into the company at the time. The UFC has experienced tremendous growth and today the company is worth close to $10 billion dollars, which calls for a growth of 2.5 times. Therefore, turning Brady’s stake value to $625k.
Gisele Bündchen makes a ‘Power Couple’ with the QB
While celebrity involvement is an essential part, moreover, blue-chip sponsorship, legalization of the sport, and breaking huge TV deals, also helped the UFC elevate to a whole another level.
