Dana White seldom goes easy on his insults. During the recent live Netflix event, ‘Greatest Roasts of All Time: Tom Brady’, White went off and generated quite a bit of laughter from the audience as he playfully attacked Jeffrey Ross. However, the stand-up comedian also had a response of his own.

Netflix went live with celebrities from all over the world flying in to roast the NFL legend, Tom Brady. One amongst many was the UFC CEO. After revealing his displeasure with only sixty seconds to speak, White went on and roasted Jeff Ross. But what was Ross’s reply to that?

Dana White and Jeff Ross exchange verbal blows 

Right after he finished roasting the NFL big gun, Dana White shifted his focus to Ross, revealing the funny reason behind why the stand-up comedian was interested in the mixed martial arts promotion. White said, “One more thing. You people probably don’t know this, but Jeff Ross was very interested in the UFC. He thought it meant Unlimited Fried Chicken!“

However, Ross wasn’t one to keep quiet. As he took hold of the microphone, he referred to the UFC head honcho as Michael Vick. Ross said, “I love you Dana. You’re like Michael Vick, but with human beings.” As the camera focused on Sean O’Malley and Max Holloway, the audience, including White, burst with nothing but gags.

Without a doubt, the jokes were taken as they were meant to be, generating laughs and spreading joyful vibes. With comedians like Ross and entities like White on the panel, this was destined to be successful. However, Ross and Brady weren’t the only ones to be targeted by White.

UFC CEO disses Netflix for a grave blunder

Right before he began roasting the retired NFL star, White expressed his discontent with Netflix. He revealed that he didn’t like getting just one minute to talk, despite having flown miles to reach the venue in Los Angeles. Furthermore, he made sure that the officials knew who he actually was. “You guys gave me 60 seconds? My name is Dana!” he said.

Thereafter, the UFC honcho went on to garner gags from the audience as he began roasting his friend from the NFL. During his short time with the mic, he made fun of Brady’s running. However, he couldn’t help himself from uplifting his fighters. Although White jokingly lauded Brady for being “the master of the ground and pound”, his appreciation for his fighters reflected as he called out O’Malley and Holloway for being “two of the baddest dudes in the world”.
