Rumors and gossip have been strife about Bundchen dating her Jiu-Jitsu trainer Joaquim Valente. Valente and Bundchen were clicked having dinner in Costa Rica weeks after her divorce. Former UFC fighter Jake Shields has now tweeted a warning.

Jake Shields warned men against taking their girls to Jiu-Jitsu training. His tweet read “As someone who’s done Jiu-Jitsu for over 20 years I can tell you it rarely ends well when guys bring their girls to training” 

The tweet comes after reports surfaced about Gisele Bundchen dating Joaquim Valente. He was coaching Bundchen and her kids for a while.

Jake Shields also added, “If you’re the toughest guy at the gym it’s probably fine but otherwise don’t do it.” The comments from Jake shields have roots in the physical nature of the sport and how women go for alpha males.
