OJ Simpson’s ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, was found to have been stabbed along with her boyfriend Ron Goldman in 1994. This led to an investigation and the football legend was the key suspect of the double murder. During the investigation, a pair of black leather gloves were found at the scene of the crime and it was believed to have been worn by the killer. When the trial commenced, which was one of the most-watched events in the history of pop culture, Simpson was asked to put the gloves on, but it did not fit him. That proved to be a crucial part of his exoneration, but people continued to argue if he had been the killer or not.
