The roast of NFL legend Tom Brady seems to have done its job, as people are still talking about it everywhere. Joe Rogan is no different, as he seemed to have enjoyed the Netflix special which he revealed on a new episode of JRE while also praising the streaming platform. Additionally, the JRE host also praised the performances of a couple of fellow comedians who were featured on that show.

Joe Rogan commends Netflix for putting on ‘The Roast of Tom Brady’

Joe Rogan doesn’t like the hassle that various streaming platforms put in front of viewers. While he praised YouTube for making content easily accessible, he also pointed out how much he enjoyed the shows that Netflix has been putting up on its platform.

“The Tom Brady roast is great; I’m happy. Netflix is doing cool sh*t like that; it’s awesome,” said Joe Rogan during a recent JRE episode featuring Sal Vulcano from the ‘Impractical Jokers’. When asked if he had gone through the whole 3-hour special, the 56-year-old claimed he hadn’t. However, Rogan did enjoy the bits from Tony Hincliffe and the ‘Flagrant’ host, Andrew Schulz. “No [I didn’t watch the whole show]. I watched Tony Hinchcliffe’s set and Andrew Schulz’s set. That’s it,” revealed Rogan.

However, not everyone enjoyed the roast as much as Joe Rogan. Tom Brady recently admitted on the ‘Pivot Podcast’ that his children were negatively impacted by his Netflix roast. While he enjoyed the comedians’ jabs, the jokes took a toll on his kids.

Rogan also had a good laugh while listening to Andrew Schulz’s set as well as Jeff Ross’. “[Hinchliffe’s bit] was such a ride… It was a monster bit. and the Jeff [Ross roast bit]… I f***ing love a roast,” Joe Rogan stated. On one hand, the JRE host enjoyed the roast, but on the other, it sure was a messy evening for Tom Brady.

Joe Rogan has always been a fan of Tony Hinchcliffe and Andrew Schulz, who’ve frequented his podcast studio multiple times in the past. The JRE host revealed that the ‘Kill Tony’ host has helped launch careers for several comedians. Since appearing on his show many comedians have seen an upward trajectory in their career thanks to Tony Hinchcliffe.
