The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and his wife called it quits after 13 years of being married. Reports stated it was Brady’s decision to come out of retirement that caused the rift between the two. Brady confirmed their divorce on his Instagram at the end of October. Barely a month later, reports of Bündchen dating have been popping up.

What Jake Shields said about Gisele Bündchen’s dating news

Jake Shields recently shared a screenshot of a news piece mentioning Gisele Bündchen’s latest dating stories. According to the clipping that Shields posted on his Twitter, the Brazilian supermodel is currently on vacation in Costa Rica with her Jiu-Jitsu teacher. The headline also mentioned that it has only been weeks after she separated from Tom Brady.

“Never leave your girl alone with her Jiu Jitsu instructor or Pete Davidson,” Shields’ caption to the post read. The 43-year-old also left a friendly piece of advice to guys who take their girls to train.

Shields seemed to believe that it does not work in guys’ favor when they bring their girls to train. The former UFC welterweight swore it on his 2o years’ worth of Jiu-Jitsu training experience. According to Shields, the only way it does not backfire is if you’re the toughest guy in the gym.

However, this is not the first time Jake Shields has made a comment like this. Shields recently faced backlash from singer Cardi B for comparing her to the controversial social media figure Andrew Tate.

Meanwhile, Gisele Bündchen grabbed headlines associated with martial arts a few years back.

When Gisele Bündchen hit the pads with an ex-UFC fighter

Back in 2016, Gisele Bündchen caught the attention of MMA fans after she posted a video of her training with an ex-UFC fighter. In the videos she shared, she was training with former UFC fighter Tateki ‘Tech’ Matsuda. Matsuda competed twice in the UFC and lost both times.

In an Instagram post, Matsuda stated that the gloves the Supermodel was wearing in the videos were a custom-made Christmas gift for her.

Bündchen posted the videos the same year Tom Brady bought shares in the UFC. However, the star quarterback’s now ex-wife had no plans to compete. According to Bündchen, she was training purely because it was “one of the most fun ways to release stress.”
