Now that the heavyweight is back on track, he gave a hint on who he would want to fight next. ‘The Predator’ has two veterans in mind, so let’s see what he is planning.

Francis Ngannou made headlines in 2023 when he stepped into the boxing ring in a money fight against Tyson Fury. Even though he lost via split decision, the French-Cameroonian delivered a shocking third-round knockdown. As the PFL star prepares for his MMA return, he gave hints on who he might fight next. While speaking to TMZ Sports, the HW star said, “I’m thinking more like a Tyson Fury rematch or Deontay Wilder. But I don’t know it depends. Again it depends on what offers itself.”

The megastar seems to be in top form and is eager to return to the boxing ring for his next bout. Even while speaking to Sky Sports, he iterated the same and explained, I don’t know. I don’t have a name yet, but Wilder or a rematch with Fury are big names I’m interested in.”

The prospect of Ngannou facing either of the two combatants is a thrilling possibility as both opponents are elite heavyweights. However, a fight against Wilder would be a complete slugfest as Ngannou and ‘The Bronze Bomber’ have amazing KO power.

However, the realization of this matchup ultimately depends on the decisions made by the respective authorities. In the meantime, ‘The Predator’ is also dealing with a dispute involving UFC CEO Dana White, who recently claimed that the former champion was afraid to face Jon Jones.

This has gone to a point where White even insinuated that Ngannou was scared to fight Jon Jones. However, the PFL champion did not deter and shared a clip from three years ago, where  Jake Paul tweeted that Dana White was clearly stating that Jon Jones was the one who avoided the fight against the heavyweight.Divert attention to the real matter by manipulating the narrative.
