After a catastrophic start against the Saudis, Argentina mended their ways and scored their first victory on the group stage. They defeated Mexico with Goals from Lionel Messi and Enzo Fernandez. The dressing room video shows a Mexican football Jersey on the floor with Lionel Messi taking off his boots close to Jersey. Mexican fans have not taken it well. Multiple world championship winner Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez sent out a warning to Lionel Messi.

Aguero explained that the Mexican shirt was on the floor only because it was sweaty and not because the Argentine players meant any disrespect.
