McGregor is reputed to have social media fingers and often uses his social media handles to post stuff about himself, his lifestyle, or his whereabouts. Recently, McGregor took to Instagram once more and shared a snap of himself enjoying a cycling session.
Conor McGregor labeled himself as a fusion of Bruce Lee and Arnold Schwarzenegger
In the snap, McGregor could be spotted flexing, his biceps leaving off the handle of the bicycle. He captioned it, “If @schwarzenegger and @brucelee had a mad Irish baby”.

It was apparent from his caption that McGregor wanted to be viewed among the greats of combat and the aesthetic world. However, he soon deleted the post.
McGregor has been very vocal about his admiration for ‘The Terminator’, Arnold Schwarzenegger. He has always looked up to ‘The Austrian Oak’ as an inspiration since his childhood. Schwarzenegger is also the most loved celebrity in the entire McGregor family.
McGregor’s father, Tony McGregor, was once pleased to meet Schwarzenegger. He stated, “Arnie is so natural and down to earth. He sat with us and was talking with us as if he knew us all his life”. It’s evident that McGregor also holds a place of respect for him and hence wants to be compared to him.

‘The Notorious’ has also compared himself to the legendary Bruce Lee multiple times. Before his touted boxing bout with Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather, McGregor went on to say, “What other mixed martial artist is like me?”

He also addressed Mayweather saying, “He’d need to reincarnate Bruce Lee, and that’s the only person he could bring in that could mimic me, of what way I’m coming at him”. It was evident from McGregor’s iterations that he holds a very respectable position for Bruce Lee within himself.
