Valerie Loureda recently posted Ronda Rousey on her official Twitter account. The 24-year-old WWE budding star showed her gratitude for Rousey. The young WWE fighter went ahead to call Rousey her inspiration. Not to limit the movement till Loureda, several independent female fighters today have taken their set of inspiration from Ronda Rousey. ‘Rowdy’ is considered the pioneer of women’s martial art. In 2012, she became the first woman to be signed by the UFC.

She was also the first American woman to win a bronze medal in Judo. As a fighter and athlete, Ronda Rousey has always offered a lot. However, she has not always received the love she always deserved from her fans and received raging criticism while in the UFC and even in WWE. But Loureda made sure to share her admiration for Rousey.

The fighter expressed her gratitude towards her idol. Loureda was confident that she wouldn’t have stepped into the ring if it wasn’t for ‘The Arm Collector’. The founding step by the ex-UFC champion meant a lot to several budding fighters.
