UFC Megastar Conor McGregor took to Twitter and chimed in on the recent news of Nick Diaz’s return to action. “The Notorious” left no doubt in the minds of the fans as to his intentions to scrap with the Diaz Brothers. Not to mention, he has a longstanding history with Nate Diaz, resulting in both the fighters splitting wins.

Chiefly, 209’s favorite son has undergone a 14-week test weight cut and has been looking in phenomenal shape. Conor McGregor vs the Diaz Brothers: A brief history
The former two-division champion first had a run-in with the Diaz Brothers when Nate called him out. The fight came to fruition on short notice as Conor’s original opponent in Rafael dos Anjos was injured. In came Nate Diaz at UFC 196 and scrapped against Conor McGregor in a welterweight title bout.

Nate Diaz finished McGregor on the ground via RNC after the latter blew out his gas tank early in the fight. The loss shook the MMA community as Conor had seemed unstoppable in his previous outings.
