Following reports that Rodriguez’s original opponent Kevin Holland was taken off the card after suffering injuries, questions surrounded the possible replacements for the Main Card fight. The upcoming event is slated to take place in the UFC Apex Facility in Las Vegas, pending sanctioning from the Nevada State Athletic Commission,

The upcoming card features fan-friendly match-ups, however with minimal title implication barring the main event. After two weeks away from the octagon, the UFC will be looking to return with s strong showing.

Green, former BELLATOR alumni look to make an impact in his first UFC outing. Coming off 6 straight finishes, Gabriel Green will be keen to continue his run. His new opponent, fresh off the contender series picked up his first promotional victory over Tim Means.

Gabriel ‘Gifted’ Green has a lethal finish rate and has faced a variety of different styles coming into his 9-2 career. The 27-year-old last failed to secure the victory back in January of 2017. In his 11 fight career so far he is yet to go the distance. In a heavily stacked Welterweight Divison, Green will have to maintain his impressive run.

Looking to spoil his promotional debut, Daniel ‘D-Rod’ Rodriguez took back to back victories against gritty completion amongst the likes of Rico Farrington and Quinton McCottrell. With an 11-1 record after his most recent Standing guillotine victory, Rodriguez looks to stay the course at Welterweight.
