Colby Covington loves to trash talk and used it to make himself one of the most polarizing figures in the UFC. However, his sharp mouth has alienated fellow trainers at the ATT. One of these is Joanna Jedrzejczyk. The former UFC Strawweight Champion recently spoke about her time in quarantine and her fight at UFC 248. However, she didn’t seem eager to talk about ‘Chaos.’

Joanna Jedrzejczyk brands Colby Covington as a liar

In a chat with NESN’s Michaela Vernava, the Strawweight said

“I have bigger problems. I don’t like to talk about people who I don’t like. But I know he’s such a liar… Colby should be the first one to be kicked out of the gym because you can’t do that, you can’t do that. He’s such a liar.”

She further stated that Covington’s comments are just a ploy by him to get more attention.

“He’s such a great athlete. He’s such a hard worker. Very talented guy. But I don’t know, something happened in his head. He got crazy. He got a little bit more famous, but he shouldn’t be this way. He’s still our teammate. He shouldn’t be saying and doing stuff that he was saying or doing before Dustin’s fight, Jorge’s fight, or my fight. He’s trying to get this attention because he has nothing smart to say.”

‘Chaos’ called the 5th ranked pound for pound fighter “washed up” after she lost to Zhang Weili. His words prompted Dan Lambert to introduce a no trash talking policy for fighters at his gym.

The Welterweight contender has apologized to ‘The Diamond.’ He seemingly offered ‘Gamebred’ an apology, but reverted to his old ways. He called out the BMF Champion for pricing himself out of the Welterweight Title fight against Kamaru Usman. He has even found time to engage with WWE Champion Drew McIntyre.

‘Chaos’ has moved on from his Polish teammate. But there has been no apology as of yet. Expecting her latest comments about him to go without a reply is quite a tough ask.

Will ‘Chaos’ apologize like he did to the other fighters? Will he stick to his promise of respecting the “Colby Covington Rule?” Or is Jedrzejczyk next?
