The practice of asking fighters to name a Mount Rushmore of fighters is common in present times. The competitors come up with surprising names and the usual ones that fans expect them to say. However, Henry Cejudo tweaked the concept of Mount Rushmore having four figures and introduced a unique three-person “G.O.A.T. Mountain.”

The retired UFC fighter shared a post on Twitter where he stands alongside combat sports royalty. Cejudo is next to two-time heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson and 1996 Atlanta gold medalist, Kurt Angle.

He wrote, “This right here is G.O.A.T Mountain”

Cejudo himself claimed gold at the Olympic games akin to Angle. Following his triumph, he quit the sport and transitioned to mixed martial arts. This is a path similar to the Angle. However, he entered pro-wrestling instead of pro-fighting.

Kurt Angle claimed the WWE Championship four times and went on to main event WrestleMania 19 against Brock Lesnar. He spent time in TNA for a decade before returning and earning a well deserved Hall of Fame induction.

Mike Tyson too had a stellar, attention-grabbing, and somewhat controversial career. Fans remember him as the man who bit his opponent’s ear in a match. Cejudo has teased taking up either wrestling or boxing. But the fighter also maintains that he is keen on returning to the UFC.

Boxing, UFC, or Professional wrestling: What’s next for Henry Cejudo?

‘The Messenger’ made an appearance alongside ‘Iron Mike’ in a wrestling ring. He was part of the entourage Mike Tyson assembled to confront Chris Jericho’s ‘Inner Circle.’ Later, a video emerged of him, where he was training in a wrestling ring.

Also, ‘King of Cringe’ has kept calling Ryan Garcia for a fight and trained with ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet.’ Tyson won 44 fights via knockouts and showed Cejudo a punching technique. This would serve him well in whichever combat sport he pursues.

In the UFC, the former flyweight and bantamweight champion aspires to become a triple champion and has earmarked Alexander Volkanovski as his top target. Given his drawing power, accolades, and the possibility of history being made, the UFC may not deny this bout outright.

Cejudo always aims to be the best of the lot and having a successful career in either boxing or wrestling akin to his fellow “G.O.A.T. Mountain” members will be a huge feather in his cap.
