One really hopes that White was joking about this. However, the idea does have weight as fans all around the world have seen how effective Jon Jones was in dealing with the situation.

White opened up on ‘Bones’ actions by saying, “Did you see him walking the streets of Albuquerque? Taking spray cans out of those kids’ hands. Those kids s**t their pants.”

The UFC’s top-ranked pound-for-pound fighter has been embroiled in a massive battle with Dana White over pay. However, he has been extremely active in his hometown. Jones cleaned up following protests and even set up a team to help small businesses and clean up.

“It’s like when I wanted to come back and have fights in the pandemic. I could have gotten all 350 of my employees, and we could have walked up and down the street and chanted ‘we wanna fight.’ That’s not what we did. We got out and told our story in the media and worked with politicians.”

White sending fighters out into the streets should be taken with a pinch of salt. But fans know the UFC President, is capable of anything.
