Free-agent Brock Lesnar has piqued the interest of organizations all across the combat sports world. The former WWE and UFC champion departed WWE after he couldn’t agree to terms on a new deal. Hence, his future is up in the air and fans are curious about his next move. UFC President Dana White revealed he would be keen on booking Lesnar against heavyweight debutant Jon Jones

At the Dana White’s Contender Series post-event press conference, he said, “Yeah, I mean obviously… If they both want to fight each other, I’m sure it’s a fight that the fans would want to see. And it would be a good introduction for Jones into the heavyweight division. So yeah, if they wanted to do it, I would do it.”

Jon Jones wants the fight and tweeted so when discussing his future in the UFC heavyweight division. Brock Lesnar is yet to respond to Jones or even Bellator MMA’s Scott Coker, who has ambitions of booking the Lesnar vs Fedor Emelianenko fight.

Despite that, he isn’t sure Lesnar would return to the UFC as he has made a lot of money in his career at UFC, NJPW, and WWE. Lesnar had the chance to switch to fighting many times over the last eight years. However, he has always returned to WWE.

White said, “He’s 43 years old, and he’s got a lot of money. I don’t know what his plans are or how his body feels… If he calls me and is interested in fighting, I would obviously make that fight.”

The ball is in Brock Lesnar’s court and he needs to act sooner than later, as he will approach his 44th birthday when he clears the six-month USADA testing requirements to be eligible for an MMA fight.
