Israel Adesanya Reveals What He Doesnt Like About Dana White

Dana White has always put UFC on the map, engineering the promotion through several hurdles for years. That said, UFC is the biggest MMA organization in the world today.

Meanwhile, Dana White has also unveiled some of the biggest blockbuster events in combat sports history. If not for him, the Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather matchup would have always remained a fantasy. However, White has also been scrutinized several times in his career.

A lot of fighters have fans have pitched their opinion of him. Some of them have been in his favor, while others were meant to bully him. Now, current middleweight champion Israel Adesanya also said his opinion over the UFC president.

Israel Adesanya says Dana White is emotional

In a recent episode of First We Feast, Adesanya connected with Boxing great Anthony Joshua to discuss several things. The friendly chatter brought several new angles to discuss with the fight fans.

‘The Style Blender’s thoughts on Dana White is definitely one of them.  Adesanya believes that Dana White is a great man. However, he is emotional, and that puts him in trouble.

“He is very emotional. I would say in business sometimes, he gets very emotional, but that’s also what puts the UFC on the map to where it is today but I would say he is very emotional that’s hindered him a couple of times in the past,” said Adesanya.

Adesanya’s statement could possibly indicate towards White’s tainted relationship with a few of his fighters over pay-issues. Although, the middleweight champion is not one of them.

The Nigerian-New Zealander has become UFC’s one of the biggest superstars a champion within just two years. To add some more thrill, he also happens to be on the cover of EA UFC 4. Thus, Adesanya and UFC are going great together at his point.

They will put another thriller on September 26, as Adesanya goes against the undefeated Paulo Costa at UFC 253. The middleweight contest will saw the title being held online. Apart from that, White and his company have also set the light heavyweight title fight in the co-headliner. Jan Blachowicz and Dominick Reyes will fight for it.
