Joe Rogan Says Crazy ‘Psychedelic Experience’ Inspired Him to Get a Tattoo on Left Arm

Joe Rogan has always been a man of interest. Whether it is his comedy career, podcast, or personal life, Rogan never fails to amaze his fans.

That said, the US comedian knows how to adore a piece of art. He recently took to social media and posted images of his art-collection that include magnificent sculptures of Hindu Gods and Lord Buddha.

Meanwhile, he also revealed an interesting story that made him collect sculptures of Lord Buddha extensively.

Joe Rogan has some special love and respect for Gautam Buddha

Buddha, the supreme figure of Buddhism, is recognized all over the world as a spiritual entity. However, Rogan has his special affection over the Buddha, which goes over his love for sculptures.

‘It’s Weird’ Rogan posted the image of the Buddha idol that has been on his studio desk since 2015. As per the UFC commentator, he had been a part of an event where he was welcomed by an infinite fractal vision of floating Buddha in the lotus position.

Since then, Joe Rogan is believed to be a collector of such art. In 2015, Chris Calver, a sculptor, gifted him a limited edition Buddha. Though Rogan has a new studio in Austin now, he did not leave the artistic sculpture behind.

No wonder Rogan is a person who believes in the divine power of Lord Gautama Buddha. Thus, he believes all of his studios must have at least one idol of him.

In another social media post, Rogan revealed the other model that resides in one of his offices. In the caption, he wrote, “Every JRE studio must have a Buddha’s blessing.”

He further revealed the biggest idol of Buddha placed in his studio. No, Rogan has never weighed it, but he believes it to be somewhere around a few hundred lbs. The US comedian calls it to be his weirdest impulsive purchase he has ever made.

As per Rogan, he was blitzed while making the purchase, due to which he could recall all his psychedelic experiences related to Buddha. As a result, he did not think twice before buying it.
