Jorge Masvidal Reacts to Resurfaced Video of Joe Rogan Being Shoved Into a Wall by UFC Legend: “Smack and Sleep”

Joe Rogan, the most popular UFC commentator of all time, has not only mastered the skill of weaving a bout in words but also has learned enough skills to defend himself. He proved it while engaging in a backstage grappling contest with former heavyweight champion Mark Coleman.

The video of this drama circulated on social media platforms and created a buzz. The Welterweight fighter Jorge Masvidal shared the story on his Facebook page. He wrote, “#JoeRogan crosses paths with a disrespected podcast guest and this is what happened backstage!”

A social media user shared the video on Twitter. In which, the first heavyweight champion of UFC Mark Coleman and Rogan put some of their grappling skills into work. Rogan, in black attire, took advantage of his speed. Despite being smaller in size, Rogan handled Coleman well.

Interestingly, tables turned on Rogan when Coleman gripped his neck and pushed him back. The force generated by the heavyweight fighter was enough to disbalance Rogan. However, Rogan gathered himself and the hilarious grappling session ended. At last, both hugged each other and cracked jokes over it.

The UFC produced their first heavyweight champion in the name of Mark Coleman, who became a champion at UFC 10 and UFC 11. Coleman is among those names who played a very important role in building the UFC at its budding stage.

The 57-year-old was later inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame at UFC 82. In his career, he fought 26 bouts and won 16 out of them. The last he fought was in 2010.

On the other hand, despite being a skilled MMA artist, Rogan never competed officially in any professional contest. He became a 4-time Taekwondo State Champion. Apart from that, he also competed in kickboxing.

On the scale of skills, he is 10th planet Jiu-Jitsu black belt as well as a black belt in the gi.
