UFC Vegas 40 will soon take place inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas on 16th October 2021. Headlined by a women’s featherweight fight, this entire card will also feature many intriguing bouts. A heavyweight fight between Andrei Arlovski and Carlos Felipe is one of them. The contest between the unranked fighters will serve as the co-main event.
Arlovski is coming into the fight on the back of a win against Chase Sherman; ‘Boi’ is currently unbeaten in there of his four fights in the promotion.

‘The Pit Bull’ (31-20) has had an amazing professional fighting career. He is a skilled finisher with seventeen knockout wins under his name.
On the other hand, ‘Boi’ is a new UFC prospect and has a professional fighting record of 11-1 with six knockout wins under his belt. Interestingly, the Brazilian was an unbeaten fighter until his only loss came in his UFC debut. However, he is currently on a three-fight win streak.

Coming into the fight, Arlovski is not only a more experienced fighter than Felipe, but he also has a 2-inch reach advantage. ‘The Pit Bull’ also has a height and weight advantage over the newcomer.

The 42-year-old has gone the distance 10 times in his last thirteen fights. Hence, he has what it takes to fight the full 15 with the 26-year-old. Arlovski’s experience will come to the fore and help him out later tonight.
‘Boi’ needs to secure a finish and ensure that he ends things on his own as ‘The Pit Bull’ knows how to convince the judges that he has done enough.
