Chiefly, Aljamian Sterling has had a traditional rise to the top through the murderous row at 135-pounds. He has managed to put together a series of impressive victories in the division and separate himself as a clear contender. Not to mention, he secured a rare Suloev stretch Submission of the Year winning finish onto his record.

Fight fans have been clamoring for the booking of the highly anticipated match-up between the two fighters. Stylistically, the bout offers several enticing components that could lead to an explosive fight.
