He came out in unbelievably good shape, took all that Smith threw at him, and remained firm on his feet. After Smith tired out, Glover began his fight. He mixed up his commendable boxing technique with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and meted out severe punishment to his opponent.

Jon Jones thought Anthony Smith would quit before the championship rounds

Although Smith had taken enough punishment at the hands of Glover, he went out on his shield to carry on for as long as he could. This determination of his has the whole UFC Universe bowing down in respect. “Bones” Jones, too, had something to say in this regard.

However, Jones did not shy away from proving that he’s the ultimate champion. He has dominated the Light Heavyweight division of the UFC in a way that no one else has been able to replicate.
