Why did Dan Hooker troll Tyron Woodley?
It turns out that Woodley has beef with Hooker’s teammate from City Kickboxing, Israel Adesanya. On an Instagram live, Woodley expressed his desire to move up a weight class and face the ‘Last Stylebender’ for the middleweight championship.

He also claimed to have found holes in Adesanya’s game. These statements started a social media battle between Adesanya and Woodley. And it seems like Hooker joined in to have fun.

Hooker did not back down and fired off another tweet. He advised the former champ to get into comedy and ridiculed his career as a rapper.

Woodley then alluded to the fact that Hooker referred to him as a “champ.” He further added that Hooker will never be a champion.

From a marketing standpoint, it is a clear victory for Woodley, as he is getting attention despite being idle. The trash talk between Hooker and Woodley will just fuel the rivalry between Adesanya and Woodley.
