The Ultimate Fighter spanned 28 seasons across 14 years in its first run on television. The platform provided up-and-coming fighters a platform to earn a UFC contract. At the same time, they could learn from some of the best in the business. The show went off the air following a second season in 2018. However, as per UFC commentator Joe Rogan, the series will be back soon, with two big names serving as coaches.

The show has provided fighters like Nate Diaz, Kelvin Gastelum, Rose Namajunas, and Rashad Evans a ticket to the big time. A new season isn’t officially announced yet, but Dana White revealed that the show will be back. Meanwhile, the duo has unfinished business in the Octagon. ‘Borrachinha’ was present at the UFC 248 where ‘The Last Stylebender’ defeated Yoel Romero. He tried to jump into the cage, but security prevented the intrusion and escorted him out.

Now, the UFC President has revealed that the Adesanya fight is happening. Furthermore, ‘Borrachinha’ let fans know that he has signed the contract for a fight and wants ‘The Last Stylebender’ to sign too. Should the fight go ahead as per schedule, it will be Adesanya’s 2nd defense since unifying the belts against Robert Whittaker at UFC 243.
