Khabib Nurmagomedov is hit by health issues in his family yet again. Earlier, RT sports reported the Dagestani fighter’s father moved to Moscow. The development came just weeks after he was admitted to a hospital in Makhachkala. At the time, the Nurmagomedov patriarch said, “I feel great. Everything is fine with me.”

Unfortunately, this is not the case with Nurmagomedov Sr. as the medical staff placed him in a coma. This is a result of complications following his recovery from pneumonia. However, he is in critical condition and the thoughts and prayers of the world will be with his family.

The undefeated champion has received wishes and prayers from big names in the MMA world as well as other sporting personalities. 

Twitter offers support and prayers to Khabib Nurmagomedov and his family

3rd ranked UFC Lightweight fighter Conor McGregor is one of the many who have put aside their rivalries. ‘Notorious’ tweeted a heartfelt message offering support to his longtime rival whom he lashed out at just a few days ago.

Former UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping also shared a tweet in support of the beleaguered family.

UFC and NFL agent Malki Kawa related to ‘The Eagle.’ He offered prayers to help Khabib Nurmagomedov and his family get through this tough time.

Also, former Light contender Jimi Manuwa tweeted out in support of ‘The Eagle.’ His tweet has an image of the Champion with his father who is a key presence in his son’s corner during his fights. 

UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman too shared that he was praying for ‘The Eagle’ and his family.
