‘The Great’ shared a vlog on his Instagram account documenting his arrival at the scene.

He then shared clips of the various procedures that the UFC is incorporating to ensure the safety of everyone. Alex and his team first underwent the cotton-swab test. Only after the result comes back, were they able to access other parts of Yas Island.
Volkanovski admitted that the UFC has done a great job of playing the host. All operating procedures, as mandatory as they are, went on without any hiccups in a smooth and professional manner. He said,
“Everyone here, at the hotel, [with all] the running around, has been good. It’s good. We’re here now. Again, there’s some protocol. but the process has been pretty smooth.”
As pumped as he is about finally arriving at Fight Island, Alexander has most of his concentration pinned at defeating Max Holloway again. Only this time, he wants it to be more convincing.
