Colby Covington had a dominant performance against Tyron Woodley this past weekend. However, his post-fight interview made more headlines than his performance inside the Octagon. The outspoken welterweight targeted LeBron James and labeled him a “spineless coward.” Since then, a possible fight between the two has been a hot potato among fight fans.

UFC Hall of Famer Mark Coleman is the latest entrant to the list of names who have chimed in on the issue. Following Covington’s comments, LeBron James didn’t respond directly. However, he seemed to hint towards the former interim welterweight champ.
LOL at the snowflakes that believe @KingJames could even last 10 seconds with me! If that coward had the balls or the ability to kick anyone’s ass, Delonte West would’ve lost his teeth long before his meth habit! pic.twitter.com/TQZ56FBnt1

“Anybody can talk from outside, but if they got into the ring or got into the arena, probably 10 times out of 10, they’d s**t their pants,” James said.
Following LeBron’s comments, Colby fired back, claiming that the NBA star wouldn’t even last ten seconds with him. The first UFC heavyweight champion, Mark Coleman, seems to agree with ‘Chaos’ on this one.

Colby Covington may have already achieved what he intended to by bringing up LeBron James
Colby Covington is a bonafide performer inside the octagon. His wrestling heavy forward pressure style of fighting has paid off dividends during his time in the UFC. He went toe-to-toe with UFC welterweight champ Kamaru Usman in one of the best title fights of recent years.

However, despite all of this, Covington is known more prominently for his heel persona. The former American Top Team member has also been a very vocal supporter of President Donald Trump. While some fans find him funny, most of them love to hate him. However, at the end of the day, this is the USP of ‘Chaos’.
