UFC Featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski took to Instagram and shared a hilarious video grab that sees him in good spirits. The Australian can be seen out in nature as he fails to stick the landing on a long jump.

Alexander “The Great”  Volkanovski has had an interesting relationship with fight fans. His affable and bubbly personality immediately draws in fans. However, he recently defended his strap against Max Holloway and picked up the razor-thin decision in a contentious bout. “Blessed” is easily one of the most beloved athletes in the sport, and fans were rallying behind him.

Alexander Volkanovski: A brief history

The 22-1 fighter first burst onto the scene back in November 2016 and is unbeaten in the UFC. Moreover, he has looked incredibly dominant in his matches after scoring finishes over big names in the sport, including Chad Mendes. Volkanovski dictates the pace of the fight and operates at his own range. He has found tremendous success in doing so and has shut down several prominent fighters.

Additionally, his resume has taken shape after accruing impressive victories over Jose Aldo and Max Holloway in consecutive bouts. As mentioned above, the Max Holloway fights went a long way to divide fans. Although the City Kickboxing standout earned the judges’ nod, he lost certain fight fans.
