‘The Notorious’ Conor McGregor might have relinquished his UFC journey for the moment. But that does not mean he has stopped grabbing the headlines. The MMA giant has been frequent in revealing glimpses of his personal life. And it begins from flexing his lucrative sports cars to his flamboyant lifestyle, allover the internet.

While he is still active in engaging himself into social media call outs, Conor McGregor has also teased his potential return to the octagon. As a part of his internet behavior, Conor assured a “super fight” matchup against Anderson Silva a couple of weeks back. However, as per Dana White and UFC officials ‘The Notorious’ is retired and there are no official updates regarding his return.

Since the Irish celebrity continues to whirlwind speculations all over the internet about his UFC return, he potentially amazed his fans once again with an Instagram post. ‘The Mystic Mac’ was spotted teaming up with Olympic swimmer and Princess of Monaco, Charlene. And it has made the fans wonder ‘Why’.

Conor McGregor teams up with Princess of Monaco Charlene

If you don’t know who is Charlene, she is a celebrity swimmer and wife of the reigning Prince of Monaco Albert II.  She was married to Prince Albert II in 2010, becoming the Princess of Monaco. Despite having the royal title, Charle is also an Olympian swimmer who has represented South Africa at the Sydney Olympics in 2007. And now she is ready to team up with UFC superstar Conor McGregor to raise awareness of water safety.

Both Conor McGregor and Charlene took to Instagram and posted pictures of their recent catch-up. In the caption, McGregor explained that he is teaming up with Charlene for a 180 Km journey. The event would reportedly take place in September. And it would be organized with the motive to raise awareness about water safety. As Conor wrote, he “cannot wait” for September.

Conor and Charlene equally hailed each other in their respective posts. While Conor labeled Charlene as a “phenomenal athlete”, the princess of Monaco wrote, “welcome to the team, so happy to have you on board with this challenge
Was great meeting and training with you !”

Conor announced his retirement for the fourth time in career post-succession of UFC 250. While Amanda Nunes defended her second belt and created history, Conor shocked the UFC fans with his tweet. Later, the ‘Notorious’ cited “boredom” as the cause of his retirement. However, he has been constantly teasing his return via social media. Thus it won’t be surprising if the Irish comes back to UFC once again for the fans.
