Conor McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh reacted to a serious altercation between two people in a store. The two men exchanged verbal insults, before fighting out their differences. What impressed coach Kavanagh the most, was that both men were using various MMA techniques. The ‘wannabe’ fighters started punching it out, and got into a clinch and took it to the ground. What followed was a minute of serious ground and pound. Funnily, enough the altercation had everything one would witness in a UFC fight. Loads of trash-talking, serious build-up, and a lot of action.

“Headlock verbally taps”

“Some decent sequences here under hook to trip half guard using the front cross face to create space and land shots. The bottom creates space with top shin but failed to free bottom leg. The bottom foot should have gone to hip to maintain space with option of full guard. Bottom initiates a stand-up but critical error doesn’t secure single leg. Top is sloppy but goes behind to land some shots. Bottom does decent getting left arm back in the game grabbing the leg. Could have went with the Maia half guard pull or sit out and back take. Top sprawls and secures headlock bottom verbally taps” said Kavanagh
