Dana White has seemingly found another hot prospect in Uros Medic, a young Serbian fighter who left everyone dumbfounded with his performance in the latest Contender Series.

When a UFC contract is at stake, we always get to witness some big finishes. Uros made sure his quest for a promotional contract would not be hindered by the likes of Mikey Gonzalez.

Uros Medic’s crisp combination and early striking helped him overpower Gonzalez from the very initial moment. The UFC president appeared amazed after the Serbian prodigy made his bold statement inside the cage.

Uros Medic grabs the UFC contract at Contender Series

As soon as the contest began, Medic wasted no time in tapping into his arsenal of lethal strikes. Starting with a short left hand, Medic chased Gonzalez down with a brutal body kick which sent his rival to the mats.

As soon as Gonzalez defended himself, Medic unleashed an all-out ground and pound offense over him.

Gonzalez tried fighting back by poising a kneebar. However, Medic made the required adjustments and wreaked havoc over his opponent to seal the deal.

The silence owing to the absence of fans only amplifies the cracking sounds of the Serbian powerhouse’s fists.

The UFC president was seated beside the cage when Medic silenced his rival in grand fashion. The outcome left White rather overwhelmed.

The 51-year-old took off his headphones and looked to his colleagues to make sure what he was seeing was true. Later, the UFC frontman shook hands with Medic in the post-fight segment.

Seemingly, Medic has attracted Dana White’s attention already, and that is something that will come in handy as the Serbian navigates his way through the biggest MMA promotion in the world.
