UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones spends time with children.

Jon Jones has been inactive since February 2020. His last fight was against Dominick Reyes. The 32-year-old athlete has nearly cleaned out the light heavyweight division. When he asked the UFC for more money to fight Francis Ngannou, the company denied his request.

“I’m not asking for anything outrageous, and I know we’re in a pandemic, and I know when you’re a multimillionaire and you’re asking for more, it makes you seem like this greedy person,” Jones said on Steve-O’s ‘Wild Ride.’

The champion had a back and forth with company president Dana White. He was unhappy with White and the low fighter pay.

As a result, Jones sat out. He said that he has retired on multiple occasions, even though the official UFC site still lists him as the champion. Jones has a lot of spare time at his disposal. He has been using it to learn new hobbies.

”I have definitely found a new hobby,” Jones said in a video. “Now I just gotta get myself a GoPro so I can show you guys how fun this is. Doing a little off-roading today. You guys be good.”

“I don’t want to fight soon. I have no interest in fighting in the UFC until I get paid what I believe I’m worth. I think it’s really powerful when you stand up for what you believe is right. I think eventually the UFC will realize that they’re being stubborn, will realize that they have a special athlete in myself, and I think they’ll eventually meet me halfway.”
