Jon Jones has taken some time off from the sport after contract negotiations with the UFC fell through.

Jones has indicated several times on social media that he’s ready to give up his title and could potentially walk away from the sport.

However, all these issues haven’t stopped Jon Jones from posting his insane workout videos, even though he doesn’t have a fight coming up anytime soon.

Jon Jones squats multiple times with ease

Jones took to social media and showed his insane strength by squatting a 225 lb barbell five times. He performed the squat with precision while emphasizing on his form.

Jones was able to squat 225 lb with ease and didn’t require any additional help or support to perform the exercise. Jones has revealed many times in the past that he would average 335 lb squats with his max being 500 lb.

‘Bones’ is often criticized for having ‘chicken’ legs, however, this video is proof that he is one of the strongest fighters in the world.

Fans were shocked to see Bones squatting with ease, with many of them thanking him for being an inspiration to them.

Jon Jones has taken time off from the octagon and has been involved in plenty of charity work to help families suffering due to the pandemic. However, his ardent supporters were quick to speculate about his return to the octagon, considering his arduous training.

Jon Jones was last seen in action against Dominick Reyes, where he successfully defended his title. Many experts felt, Dominick Reyes deserved to win the fight, however, Jones managed to seal the victory via unanimous decision.

Fight fans are hoping that his training and workout videos are an indication of him making a return to the UFC. Although the situation between Jon Jones and the UFC has calmed down, it’s yet to be seen if he will ever fight for the promotion.
