It seems that Sean is following the ‘Tony Ferguson’ trend of posting strange workout videos. Naturally, one just can’t be as good a fighter as Sugar is if this is what their training sessions look like.

O’Malley has added his own charm to the videos. He is known for his exceptional humor and for his love of marijuana. Thus, the active “sesh” began with Sean promoting what he believes in, and continuing on with a spoofy workout.

Yet, this is not the first time that Sean O’Malley posted such a workout video.

O’Malley is not just famous for his humor. The fighter has insane fighting skills, which force his opponents to take him seriously in the match-up. And while his training methods may seem irregular, they make up for their “normalcy” with the results.

Malley has not faced a single loss in his professional MMA career. Out of the 11 fights he has won, 7 were knockouts, 3 were won by decision and 1 was won by submission.
