Till started as a Muay Thai fighter and later transitioned to Mixed Martial Arts. Born in Liverpool, Till began training in Muay at the early age of 12. Three years later, he turned pro.

Till then found himself in a life-threatening altercation at a party. This moment changed his life forever.

After finding success in his amateur MMA career, he turned pro and racked up eight wins in 2013 alone.

In 2015, Darren Till received a call from the UFC and entered the company with a perfect 12-0 record. He won his first match against Wendell de Oliveira via a brutal TKO win in the second round. His next fight ended in a draw.
