Jon Jones was arrested on Thursday by the police on account of multiple charges. Jones’ arrest led to a lot of backlash from fellow UFC fighters. The latest addition to that list is Jones’ former training partner – Diego Sanchez.

Sanchez and Jones trained together for several years at Jackson-Wink MMA in Albuquerque, New Mexico. However, that didn’t hold back the  UFC welterweight from criticizing his former stablemate. Sanchez took to Twitter to compare Jones to convicted sex offender Bill Cosby. He said that not even the Coronavirus can keep him off the streets.

While Jones still trains at Jackson-Wink, the same can’t be said about the veteran Sanchez. He had a controversial split with the gym after he accused them of not giving him even attention. He added that he wasn’t growing as a fighter in the place. Subsequently, he teamed up with “Healer/Self-Awareness Expert” Joshua Fabia.

Many UFC pundits have voiced their concern over the fact that Fabia is not sufficient to be the lone coach of a fighter. Fabia has also been accused of manipulating Sanchez and ‘selling wolf tickets’. Even Diego Sanchez’s record has only been sub-par with Joshua. He has split his two fights evenly. However, the win came on account of a disqualification.

Sanchez wasn’t the first person to react after the 205-pounds kingpin had a run-in with the law for the umpteenth time. People also mocked him for not keeping up with his own words. A while ago, Jones had posted a picture on Instagram asking people to stay indoors. As it turned out, he couldn’t keep up with it himself.
