When we talk about guard dogs, people who need protection come to mind. However, is Jon Jones one of them? Probably not. Nonetheless, Bones’ social media is full of videos and pictures of his dogs. And it seems like he has been training them to provide some extra protection.

Jones sets up training sessions for his canine with the help of a bite sleeve, whip, and a rather brave lieutenant. Jones’ most recent video displays his dog charging at his partner ferociously. Ahead of taking the UFC light heavyweight title off of Mauricio Rua in the headlines of UFC 128, Jones took to Twitter to give a detailed account of the time when he, along with his coaches, chased down a “crackhead”.

The suspect broke into an old lady’s car by smashing her window in, before grabbing her GPS and taking off. Following which a foot chase ensued, initiated by Jones’ coach. They chased him up a steep hill where Jones eventually caught up with him after he “turned the jets on”, and took him down.
