Former UFC interim title challenger Nick Diaz recently announced that he was planning to launch a full-fledged come back to MMA. Chiefly, images surfaced of 209’s favorite son in the gym that saw him in prime physical conditioning via ESPN MMA. It seems as though Nick Diaz truly intends to follow through on the decision to re-enter the upper echelon of the UFC.

The news of his return came through ESPN’s Ariel Helwani who relayed the information from Diaz’s manager. The short report detailed that Nick had undergone a regimental 14-week test weight cut that provided excellent results. Not to mention, it seems as though his hunger to compete at the highest level has once again been stoked.
Additionally, the famed Diaz brothers were recently seen in high spirits, having a light shadowboxing session in public. Their hilarious back and forth was a reminder of the reasons why both Nick and Nate Diaz are universally loved.
