Jon Jones has been engaging in Twitter battles with a whole host of fighters. He has issued challenges to Francis Ngannou and Jan Blachowicz. In addition to this, he has dismissed Anthony Smith and Dominick Reyes. Now we can add UFC legend Chael Sonnen to the list. 

The top-ranked pound-for-pound fighter wrote, “Who is this? Has been with now man b**bs making money off YouTube getting hit talking about Jon Jones?”

Sonnen spotted the post and went on a lengthy Twitter rant against the man who beat him at UFC 159.

First Sonnen took a shot at Bones’, saying he was fueled by tequila. Later, he trolled the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion for his repeated brushes with the law. 

He then compared ‘Bones’ to American daredevil Evel Knievel and said the UFC fighter had more wrecks than the man who attempted 75 ramp-to-ramp motorcycle jumps.
