After a run-in with the law, it looks like Jon Jones finally has an opponent in his mind. The American called out Jan Blachowicz in a series of hilarious tweets.

Jon Jones had a controversial last fight. Many fans and pundits believe that he lost his match against Dominick Reyes. A rematch between the two might please many fans, but the champion remains uninterested. ‘Bones‘ wants to move past Reyes and focus on a new opponent.

According to Jones, he walked down Reyes throughout the fight. He believes that a new challenger deserves a title shot more than the ‘Devastator.’ And that new contender might be Jan Blachowicz.

Jan Blachowicz is ranked #4 in the light heavyweight division. He has amassed victories over the likes of Luke Rockhold, Jacare Souza, and Corey Anderson. With a 3 fight win streak, the Polish fighter makes a solid case for a title shot. Here’s Blachowicz’s response to Jones’ tweet.

Based on their exchanges, it is clear that Jones wants to fight Blachowicz next. It would be interesting to see Bones fight Jan, as Jones’ last 2 wins were controversial. Whereas, Jan is coming off an impressive knockout of Corey Anderson.

Also, with his recent troubles, we don’t know which version of Jon Jones will show up. A tiny mistake by Jones can be fatal, as Blachowicz possesses the ability to knock anyone out. All things aside, the fight will be a good scrap.
